- 1st we promise to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled inspection, 31 minutes, we are too early, 29 minutes, we are too late.
- 2nd we will always do what we say and say what we do. If we promise to provide the inspection report that night or the next day, you will have it.
- Last, if you don't feel that your inspection was an excellent experience, as well as the best and most informative inspection you have ever had then we have failed. We will make sure you are 100% satisfied.
